Accessibility statement

Tap2Order aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on this website. Owners, managers, staff and guests should be able to read every page, move through it with a keyboard or a screen reader, and reach us without trouble.
How we check
We last checked the whole site on September 29, 2026:
- Automated axe scans of every page at phone width (390 pixels) and desktop width (1440 pixels).
- Keyboard checks: every link, button and form field can be reached and used with the Tab key, focus stays visible, and the sticky bar on phones never covers the field you are on.
- Reduced-motion checks: when your device asks for reduced motion, scroll animations switch off and every section shows at once.
- Checks with JavaScript turned off: every page still shows all of its content, and forms still send.
- Contrast checks of text against its background, including text set over photos.
Wide tables scroll sideways on phones and can be scrolled with the keyboard. Form fields have visible labels. The animated sample on the homepage has a Pause sample button, and it shows a still frame when your device asks for reduced motion. Our customer PDFs, the welcome kit and the data processing addendum, are tagged with headings and a document language.
Known limitations
- Checkout runs on Stripe and call booking on Cal.com. Those pages belong to those companies, and we do not control how accessible they are. If either one gets in your way, contact us and we will finish it with you another way.
